Did some research...

Hey,I want to be clear that I haven't taken this yet, I have just done some research and decided that this product was the safest bet.If you doubt the science behind GCBE pills, then no brand is right for you. This brand, however, was reviewed by the consumerlab.com to be the cheapest brand which actually has 100% of its claimed chlorogenic acid. The report found that half of the products tested fell short of the claimed levels of chlorogenic acid (some had as low as 0-6% of what they claimed).GCBE pills aren't regulated by the FDA, so do some research to make sure that you aren't taken advantage of by the supplement industry.I will report back on my personal results. I will be taking 2 of the 400 mg pills 30 minutes before breakfast and dinner.Hope to lose about 15 lbs in 3 months, so I am purchasing 3 bottles.Wish me luck, and I will review again as the weight falls off...(or to say that there has been no change)-Tyler

Don't know if they are working yet, but consumer lab says they contain what they say they do. I think you do need to take twice the dose. In reading the original research on them, they say 700 mg of chlorogenic acid per day. The 400 mg caps contain 200 mg of chlorogenic acid.

I purchased this based on tests by Consumerlab.com which rated this, I believe the cheapest per capsule with stated level of ingredients. I have yet to see the modest 3 pound per month weight loss they indicated. At any rate, the antioxidants are present.
