My sister and I purchased two bottles of this brand. We've taken green coffee bean extract before but I don't think it had the 50% Chlorogenic Acid in it. Anyways, we've been taking this supplement and a raspberry ketones powder for the past two weeks now and have each lost 5 pounds, great right!?We exercise regularly and both eat sensibly, minus the starbucks! However, we didn't really change anything in our diet or exercise routine and were both stuck on that stubborn number on the scale, wouldn't budge for anything. The green coffee bean extract definitely plays a role with appetite. It is subtle and you don't have to worry about getting that sick feeling which is nice to know.I also recommend taking CLA, its a targeted fat burner believe it or not and its actually helping me lose weight around the mid-section more I think. The best deal we've found is here, Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder but be aware the raspberry ketones comes in a powder and not a pill. I think the powder actually works better but you do have to mix it in water which can sometimes be a hassle. After using these products for the past two weeks, both my sister and myself absolutely love them!The raspberry ketones seems more like an energy booster although it is supposed to have appetite suppressant effects as well so I guess that could also be true. Even though the recommended dosage for raspberry ketones is only 250mg twice a day, we've been taking 250 mgs of the powder addition to the capsules which have 100mg. Haven't noticed any negative side effect, just good one's!

I purchased this product on Amazon.com and LOVE it! Great quality product and great cost!. I had been following the studies on Green Coffee Bean Extract and Raspberry Ketones both of which seem very effective in appetite suppression. Not only does this product contain both but it is minimally processed and therefore can be considered "RAW". After two days taking the product my digestion improved and my stomach was flatter. My co-worker's thought I had lost quite a bit of weight. I do notice a definite appetite suppression and expect to see the pounds drop soon but am happy with the loss of inches and evidence that I have not lost muscle tone. The product has given me energy levels that I had missing for a long time which is allowing me to increase my exercise time.

Bought cheaper. It didn't work. Tried the most expensive one on Amazon. So so results. Each product I purchase in the past was a 2 week supply. Probably didn't take it long enough to know for certain whether the other coffee extracts worked or not. Been taking raspberry ketone in the past with good results. Was excited to see this formula that also has 100mg of the ketone. Ordered my second bottle. Been taking it for 6 weeks now. Each bottle is a full month's supply. I know the product's working because I have more energy and my clothes are looser. Still not stepping on a scale but am happy with my progress.
