Best weight loss product I've ever used

I've been dieting all my life, tried everything. This product is the greatest. I have been using it for over a year and have kept the weight off. Don't want to be without it!!!

not effective

I think the only active ingredient is caffine. Tried this for a week. Made me sick to my stomach, and did not lose weight despite lowering my food intake and exercising. Would not recommend.
