The only Thermo that I dont crash from

I train every possible way. I believe in a full circle function body type. Why have muscles and be in shape if you dont use it in your everyday life. About a half a yr ago I hit a wall. I was extremely in shape but I could not drop the weight. So i tweaked my cardio to include a fatburn heartrate zone workout out. With MPOWER, I lost 3% body fat and lost around 10lbs. Not only was that awesome for me personally, taking MPOWER forced me to have the energy when I did not feel like going to the gym for the fatburn workouts because honestly they were crazy boring! I love this product and I have been the most in shape and trim I ever have been since I started working out. Personally, I think the other user assumed this was a magic pill like most people do. If you dont put the work in then these supplements that AID in your workouts wont give you the full benefits that they possible can. You cant live without breathing so dont expect to take a pill and expect do drop weight and be healthy. Its a combo deal! Good luck with all your fitness goals amazon patrons! nothing is out of reach.

save your money

i purchased this product on 5/8/11 from gnc with the hopes of loosing some weight....it did nothing for me...gave me no energy boost...made me loose no weight...nothing...for the price i would think you should get something....i returned at after 20days for a full refund....my best advice to you is if you want to try a new product...buy it from gnc...if it does not work gnc will give you a full refund as long as it is within 30 days and you return with your receipt...
