Raspberry ketones (RK) are similar in structure to synephrine and capsaicin, which are both noted as being thermogenic due to their release of norepinephrine. not worth it

I tried this product thinking I will drop at least 4lbs using it however it was big waist of money. I have few extra lbs on me, but I am extremely active and spend about 2 to 3 hours at the gym 5 days a week doing intense workouts. I used the directions, and followed strict diet plan they suggest, however with this product I did not lose any weight. It made me sick at times and I would not recommend this product to anyone.

So far so good. Some side effects though for me.

I like this product, since taking it, I've lost about 7 lbs. I am taking this with other nutritional supplements, but since taking this, let me just say that you need to take this with plenty of water. It has made me MORE THAN REGULAR. Usually a movement 2 or 3 times a day, and when I first started, even 4 times a day. I think that is because of the higher protein in my diet from shakes and stuff. I increased my workouts and since then, I haven't had an issue. I bought a bottle for my wife, she had NONE of the same effects. And she's liking the loss of weight. Like most supplements though, I think 3 months is a valid time to give feedback. Will update down the road.

I heard that this was a terrific way to start a weight loss program. I followed the instructions, and no weight loss whatsoever.
