Wonderful Product. Good results.

Raspberry Ketones Advanced | 550mg Raspberry Ketone, 300mg African Mango, 250mg Acai Extract, 50mg Hoodia | 60 capsules - 30 servings | Strongest on Amazon!I first heard about the benefits of Raspberry Ketones on the Dr. OZ show. So I thought I would give it a try. I picked this product because it also had the benefit of the African Mango, Acai and Hoodia which I thought was a very good combination. Also I liked the fact that this product offered 550mg of the raspberry ketones where others did not state the exact milligrams of the raspberry ketones in their product or had significantly less.I have had great results. I have lost 20 lbs in just a little over two months. I have had no side effects and for me personally and it does curb your appetite. I know everyone is different but I am really happy with it and very glad I tried it.

I absolutely LOVE this product. Lets start with the fact that I have Hashimotos. Thyroid issues for 22 years. (ugh)I've struggled with finding the energy to workout, hike up mountains here in Colorado but with this product, I am again, doing all the things I love doing that require the energy I need. Plus, I lost 6 pounds in a 5 weeks without changing a thing. I know this doesn't seem a lot to most but it's A LOT when you have chronic thyroiditis and just looking at a piece of lettuce causes weight gain. I stay away from breads, sugars so I don't gain weight but I do on periodically because it's part of they thyroid game. My husband said if I didn't work out and watch what I ate that I would weigh 300 pounds. I currently weigh 170 and it is a lot of work to keep it here. With Rasberry Ketone advance, not as much. I got off for a month because my dr is working on my new synthroid dosage but I'm back on it as of last night and I am so happy. After the holidays and all the happy festivities, I did't have the energy to hit the gym. I took my rasberry keton along with the green coffee and felt my energy soar. Burned 700 calories on cardio and never felt tired. I won't quit taking this product, even if I don't lose any more weight. I love the way I feel on it! Thank you!! I'll update again in a few months from today and my current weight.I take the Green Coffee and Rasberry keytone 3 x a day. One each. So, 3 capules, divided 3 times a day. Give your body the time it needs to adjust to a new supplement. If you're looking for it to be a miracle pill in a week, 2 weeks or a month, this may not be for you. It takes all supplements time and when it does begin to work, it will have prolonged & cosistent results! All the best to you!email me anytime if you have questions.
