Excellent Product

I love this product. I originally purchased it from Sprouts, who can't keep it on the shelf!! It is always sold out! I find it gives me great sustained energy and also curbs my appetite for a very long period. I have found I eat less and I feel great! I would highly recommend this product if you feel sluggish and need a boost. I ran out for over a week and I definitely felt the difference. I was tired and felt I was pushing myself all day. I do not have any side effects with this product and I have no complaints.

BEWARE: SIDE EFFECTS EXIST!

There are definitely side effects with GCBE which I experienced. I followed the directions, no more than 2 capsules daily before meals, with water. I've been drinking a 2-3 cups of coffee since I was in my teens, so I'm no stranger to caffeine. After about a week of taking this product, my heart began beating faster and I was having trouble sleeping at night. A couple of days ago I started feeling lightheaded and looked on the internet about the known side effects. They are all there, including the itching which I also encountered. I will say it definitely curbs your appetite. I lost a total of 2 lbs. No more for me.

Glad I could find it here. It's a good dosage and value for the money, but can't find it anywhere cheaper in stores. Seems to work, make me feel good. I took advantage of the good price and got two. That, and it's nice, because stores are usually sold out of this the day the shipment arrives. Shipping isn't slow on this either.
