Good product

I have previously taken prescription phetermine 37.5 and could only take 1/2 a pill a day because it was so strong, I couldn't eat and it left me jittery feeling. Phen Apex is similar but I like taking it a lot better, I take one pill in the morning and it does not give me a jittery feeling. My routine is generally wake up and take it while I drink my coffee around 630/7am, this gives me the extra boost of energy I need for an hour of cardio before I eat breakfast at 8/9am. So far I have only been taking one a day but will probably bump it up to two a day in another week or so. It generally wears out in the afternoons and I work evenings so I get in a snacky mood. I've been nervous about taking it in the afternoon because I don't want to be up all night. On a side note- I generally drink at least 2 cups of coffee a day, sometimes 4 cups. Caffeine does not generally bother me, but as I previously stated phentermine did affect me and with only half a pill I couldn't eat and barely slept. So far Phen Apex appears to be a great pill that gives me exactly what I need without overdoing it. I highly recommend it! I gave it 4 stars because I'm not a fan of big pills and these are definitely bigger then what I imagined. That's the only downside I've noticed.

Phen-Apex is a nice change from the normal RX Phentremine. It helped with my energy levels and my hunger. No jittery feeling. I would recommend this diet pill for anyone the has taken a dietary supplement.
