Outstanding Seller! (PLEASE read ALL of my seller updates)

My wife just recently started using Medifast and is very happy with the results. Our first purchase was made directly from Medifast.Our next purchase was from LC Medical and we could not be more pleased with their service!They actually shipped our order the same day that it was placed. It arrived four days later (which was four days ahead of the earliest promised delivery schedule) and it was completely correct and well-packed. In addition, their price was very considerably lower than the Medifast site. It honestly doesn't get any better than this.We will definitely continue to purchase from LC Medical for as long as my wife is using Medifast products.After proofreading this, I realize that it almost sounds like a shill review - but check my review history and you'll find that not everyone/everything gets such praise - only those that meet or exceed my expectations.UPDATED OPINION - 2/9/13Well, after my first (extremely positive) experience with LC Medical, when it came time to place another order I went directly to them.Unfortunately, it seems that consistency in service may not be their strong suit. Here's a brief itemized description of how it went down this time.Pro: - The order was well packed.Con: - After placing the order on Sunday, I received a notification of shipment and tracking number first thing Monday morning - however, the order didn't actually get to UPS until the very end of the day on Friday - FIVE whole days later. - The first order arrived in four days from time of placement (VERY impressive). This order didn't arrive until ELEVEN days from time of placement - nearly THREE times as long (NOT very impressive). - They were out of one of the items I ordered and made an arbitrary substitution without ever contacting me and asking my preference. To be fair, the substitution was acceptable but would not have been my first choice had I been asked.Summary:One good experience, one much less so. Since there are other Amazon vendors offering the product at essentially the same price, my next order will likely be to one of them to see how they compare. I certainly won't be automatically defaulting to LC Medical anymore.ANOTHER UPDATED OPINION - 2/22/13I'm always willing to change my mind based on new facts and situations - and LC Medical caused me to change my mind like you wouldn't believe!After I wrote the recent above update for 2/9/13, they apparently read it because I've had no other communication with their company. They saw that they had a less than satisfied customer and without ever contacting me, they took it upon themselves to make an adjustment to my purchase that literally amazed me! I have never encountered such outstanding and generous customer service in my life - and I ain't no spring chicken by a long shot.Along with the adjustment they emailed me an apology for the situation and hoped that I would give them another opportunity for my business in the future.Will I ever! Their actions made it abundantly clear to me that their reputation is extremely important to them and they will immediately go the extra mile to take care of a customer. More like several extra miles actually. And again - this move was entirely on their part without any request from me.In fact, their rebate adjustment was SO generous that I will be contacting them to let them know that in good conscience I cannot accept it, and will be making arrangements to return it back to them. Their honesty and sincerity were more than enough to satisfy my previous complaints.Summary:Based on my experiences with them, I do not believe you will EVER encounter a vendor on Amazon (or likely anywhere else) that could or would surpass LC Medical regarding their desire to ensure that you are completely happy with your transaction with them.For myself, I will continue to purchase from them for as long as my family is in the market for any product that they sell.

I was extremely happy with this order. I received it promptly (two days early) and received it complete. It was well packed and shipped. The seller was quick to respond to my inquiry regarding how to make selections. I have ordered Medifast (very good product) in the past and lost 60 pounds (now wear a size 6 or 8 pants) and feel better than I have for 15 years. I still use Medifast products (because they are good) to maintain my weight loss. Even though I pay shipping with Amazon, I still had a considerable savings.

The process for ordering with this seller is very easy. You add it to your cart, buy the product and then go to your orders page and email the seller via your Amazon account. The email should have the order number on it automatically. Just send a message telling them what your choices are. You'll get a response back quickly and they'll ship your product within a day or so.I checked all the boxes, counted all the packets, everything was there and none of the packets were anywhere near their expiration dates (most were 2014). If I haven't reached goal by next month, I will definitely be buying here again. I also love that I saved more than $1.50 per box even with the shipping cost accounted for.
