I have been using Mangodrin for less than one week and have noticed a huge difference in my cravings and feeling fuller faster! It's just what I needed. I have lost 3 lbs so far and will continue to use. I have to admit that I use Mangodrin (with stimulant) in the morning for the energy and I use the Mangodrin SF(stimulant free) twice a day before lunch and dinner. I used this once about 3pm and couldn't sleep, but my kitchen was clean. I also take all about one hour prior to eating a meal.

Works good for me.It cut my appetite and I lost 10 pound in two months. I have to have a couple of crackers when I take it. This help my stomach not feel upset. Maybe when I get use to it I will not need crackers.
