If your looking for contents, this is what it says on the bottleContents:Proprietary Formula 1,200 mg*African Mango Extract (Irvingia Gabonensis) Maqui Berry (from Aristotella Chilensisa), Acai Fruit, Green Tea Extract, Resveratrol, caffeine, Anhydrous, Apple Cider Vinegar (powder), Kelp, Grapefruit (powder)Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Calcium Carbonate, and Magnesium StearateI want it more for Cholesterol benefits than weight loss and would have preferred it without caffeine. I guess I should have read the label better...

Lost 5lbs already

I have been using this product for 3 weeks and at first noticed nothing and was impatient but for the last week and a half I have been less hungry and just weighed in today and 5 lbs lighter than I was 2 weeks ago. My pants fit better and I feel better. The best thing about this is that there is no side effects to be concerned about. I will be ordering it again.
