The best thing out right now

So I have tried so many different diet pills, and this one is the best one out since the good old days of diet pills. I took it as directed initially (2 pills X 3 meals day, but it made feel a little sick. So I just take two before breakfast (no coffee in the AM) and I don't feel hungry at all. I am a huge snacker, too. I have to force my self to eat my lunch. I could probably just take two in the morning and be good the rest of the day. If I know I will be up late I take two before dinner. The energy that I get from this is consistent, and there are no jitters. No other diet pill has had this effect on me in a while, and I am a diet pill junky. The price was nice, too.I lost three pounds my first week.

This product does what most reviews already told you....gives you TONS of energy, elevates your mood and suppresses your appetite. I have been taking the latest version of the product since it came onto the market in place of Ripped Fuel. Now to address the negatives others have mentioned....LACK OF SLEEP: Do NOT take this product after 3pm (despite the directions to take before your dinner meal. You most likely will not sleep. ....HEADACHES: This is caused by dehydration, you MUST drink plenty of water while on this. Plus that helps with metabolism and hunger anyway.....CRASHING: I too had this side effect in the beginning, once I consumed enough water during the day and kept my blood sugar regulated by eating healthy, it never happened again.If you are someone who exercises regularly, you will be very pleased with the extra 'umph' it gives you in the gym (or running, etc). The weight loss is rapid, but if you go back to eating unhealthily afterwards and stop exercising, you'll gain it all back whether you discontinue this product or not. Good Luck!

I've been using this for a few weeks now as part of my diet. This pill does exactly what it says it will do. It supresses your appetite and provides an energy boost. The energy boost, however, does not get you so over-revved that you end up crashing or feeling terrible when it wears off.While I read the directions before I bought, you never really know how the pill react specifically to you, but in my case it's helped keep me from giving in to those diet-crushing hunger pangs.
