The active ingredient in green coffee bean extract is the chlorogenic acid. Physicians have described chlorogenic acid as a "triple threat" ingredient. This is my second time ordering this and I must say I am more than satisfied. This product added to my daily routine of exercise has increased my weight lose significantly. Its by far the best of its kind on the market. Highly recommend.

I found this version of Green Tea Extract to be more of a sustained energy throughout the day along with the metabolism perks of shredding, sex drive, and weight-loss.
