awesome supplement

My goal was to have steady but noticeable weight loss. I am not one to expect 10 lbs to come off every time I look on the scale because I know that weight fluctuates daily depending on the amount of sodium in your diet and also how much water the body stores. To me slow and steady weight loss is the best solution because that's when I know it is bodyfat coming off not a few lbs. of water. The best change for me is that my jeans are loser and my tape measurements are down. I am taking with along with raspberry ketones at maximum doses and doing crossfit 4x per week. A combination of the 2 supplements gives me a large energy boost and a loss of hunger which makes sticking to diet and goals much easier.
