doctor carb block

best ever carb block--tells you how many carbs it blocks works if you take it right before you eat and I would recommend this and I will purchase it again and again

It really works!!

I am on a low carb diet and I used this when I cheat or when I have some drinks. I try and take it 20 mins before I eat carbs as directed but sometimes I take it right before and it still works. The only thing that sucks about this product is that it makes you very constipated. It also gives you gas. I used a laxative and that helped out a lot . So I will be using this product again.
