vanilla yucky

the vanilla is not so good. Try the chocolate! It's tasty as if it's not even a shake. The vanilla is protein powder tasting.

Low carb high protein low cal great taste! Wow!

The best protein shakes with no after taste have been from Lindora. But they only come in small box of maybe 5-6 envelopes and it's expensive. I was looking for an alternative, that is affordable and tastes good (without funny smell and bad after-taste) and most important, low carbs and high protein AND near 100 calories. Talk about a challenge! I tried Metabolife Slender Satisfaction Shake in chocolate chunk and love it. I just mix it with cold water and blend in a bullet-type single serving blender and it's perfect. Next I will try vanilla. No stomach aches, no gas just a full feeling and not really any cravings. I'm using this just to maintain my weight loss achieved through Lindora weight loss clinics.

I used this as a food replacement meal, so of course I lost weightThe taste is good and its not chalky or anything like that...The reason I gave this product only 3 stars is because when you got the large container home it only has 1/3rd the product in it. The jug is practically almost empty.
