Helped me lose weight in time for wedding

I am a graduate student who doesn't have time for anything at the moment but I had a wedding to attend to and was willing to try anything to lose weight so I could look great in the bridesmaid's gown. I purchased Raspberry Ketone Burn and took one capsule, twice a day. I took the first one I after I got out of bed in the morning and then another capsule, about half an hour before lunch. I took it for about 6 weeks and lost 13 lbs. total just in time for the wedding. Really happy with the results I had with this supplement. There's not really any side effects, but one thing I did notice it that it gave me a lot of energy and if you take it late in the evening you might have a little trouble falling asleep. I was originally taking the second pill after dinner but switched to before lunch and fixed the problem. Really happy to learn about this product, the weight has stayed off too.

I heard someone talking about the Raspberry Keytones and I found this product. I ordered 6 bottles. I began taking them at the same time I decided I didn't want to weigh 212 pounds anymore. Between making a choice to lose weight and taking this product, I found myself losing the weight.I started eating healthier, having breakfast which I never used to eat, and taking my morning keytone. Then I have a second pill with lunch, I have beeen chosing a light salad or cottage cheese. I have given up the Grande Mocha Breve and the coffee and donut lunch for something more nutritious and less fatty. Little changes here and there. The weight kept comming off.I ordered a 2nd 6 bottle pack and started taking a water aerobics class 2 nights a week. I found a friend to take the class with me, an accountabillabuddy, I gave her a bottle of the raspberry keytones and she started taking them and losing weight with me. I just ordered my 3rd 6 bottle set. I am down 50 pounds in 6 months and am still losing.I don't feel like I am 'on a diet'.I believe the raspberry keytones are helping me, not all by themselves, but the combination of THOUGHT, altering my diet to cut out the unhealthy and boost the healthy and just a bit of excersize and I am the incredible shrinking woman!!

According to the description, this all-natural product is designed to eliminate fat without causing harmful side effects. I have tried a lot of products that advertised the same thing and I always get the supposedly non-existing side effects. So, I consulted my doctor about this product and I was advised to give it a try and to stop taking it as soon as I notice the occurrence of side effects. But amazingly, this particular weight loss supplement is true to its objective. In 3 weeks I lost 10 pounds with no side effects. I do not even have to change my diet; I just eat what I want to eat. I think some simple exercises will help boost up its good effects though.
