Relora= Relief

Okay, so yes, I found out about Relora courtesy of Dr. Oz.. Gotta give him credit though for promoting a healthier alternative to curing stress and managing your weight! But I did a bit of research prior to making my purchase, which lead me to believe it was all right to give Relora a try without experiencing serious side effects. The first time I took Relora I used the 3 capsules they recommend. At one time. I felt a difference right away. Now interestingly enough i found myself in a situation which would normally bring on anxiety, or stress. And it wasnt nearly as strong and overwhelming like most times. So continuing to take Relora going on day 4, and noticing a difference. I recommend taking with food as it curbs your appetite also. Recap: not much anxiety/stress and weight loss..BONUS!!!

Not for me

I tried this product after Dr. Oz recommended it on his show. I'm taking it for stress and belly fat. I did loose a couple pounds but this product makes me very irritable. It also gives me anxiety.
