Good product

I wasn't sure about this product at first, you read all the reviews to get all the pros and cons but everyone is different. I take them once a day 30 min before I eat breakfast, it's taken a couple of wks but have noticed a decrease in my appetite. I continue to maintain a healthy diet and exericse though.

The seal on the bottle was not adhered to the bottle. The plastic seal was still in tact but the paper seal wasn't. I was very hesitant about using this product. Reluctantly I did. I haven't seen a reduction in weight with this product. I follow a strict diet regimen and exercise but nothing. I've been taking the product for about two weeks. I will continue but the manufacturer needs to make sure the top seal is on correctly or I will no longer purchase it. I will send the next bottle back if it's the same.

I had severe stomach cramps the 2nd day I took these, and I didn't take anymore after that. I'm not sure if they were the cause but it was significant enough pain that I didn't want to risk taking them again.
