Really works for me

I have taken this for about 6 weeks now and I really think its had a positive effect on my weight loss. I had my 3rd baby 9 months ago and am finally back to my normal weight, thanks to this product. I've tried CLA, GLA and African mango extract (per Dr Oz's info) and I truly have found the best results with the raspberry ketones. In the past, I'd have to workout 5 times a week and eat no sweets/treats to maintain my normal weight. Well, with 3 little ones, I'm lucky to exercise 2 or 3 times a week now and I am still having a small treat each day, not depriving myself of the little joys in life! Yet, I am still losing weight! My stomach is flat, no more muffin top. I feel great! I can't think of anything else to attribute my success to other than the raspberry ketones. Initially I bought this exact brand at Sprouts market (a local health food/market in San Diego county), but I found it much cheaper on amazon. It was about $18 at Sprouts. Much better deal here! Highly recommend.

Did not work for me

All this does is make me go to the bathroom a lot. I exercise and ate right, but I did not see a difference plus they make you eat.
