Huge Pills, Confusing Labeling; Checking Other Options Now

1) In order to get 500mg of Chromium Picolinate in this product, one must 2.5 humongous pills.2) To get 500mg in TwinLabs (what I purchased on the second round), the capsules are small,and you only need one capsule.I hate pill gagging.I hate needlessly-huge pills even more. It makes me less confident in this brand.Results? I can't say. My blood pressure has improved, and I have lost weight -- but I also take several different supplements, exercise diligently, and have cut all carbs.
