This Really Works!!!

I have been trying to loose weight for a long time. I had changed the diet, I exercise but the last 10 pounds had been the hunting me for a long time. My girlfriend recommended this supplement. I have noticed that my food craving is gone, ant in the first week I lost 4 pounds. Amazing, I will keep taking the supplement and keep up with my diet and exercise routine. I am really happy now.

This brand seems to work better than others I've tried with other ingredients. Sometimes it's best to have them pure with no other extras. Also don't eat hamburgers everyday and expect results :)

I seriously was not expecting much when I ordered these. I'm not a "bandwagon" kind of a person, but it seemed like at every turn I was hearing something about this product. I was told by a friend to make sure that I order pure raspberry ketones and not a blend that includes other indredients. That's the main reason why I ordered this particular brand by Nutrifrenzy. I have been taking them now for a week and I have lost 10 pounds. I haven't altered my eating habits all that much aside from not eating anything after 8:00 PM. It seems that every person reacts differently to these but my experience so far has been exremely positive. I've noticed a boost in my energy levels, I sleep straight through the night without ever waking up to eat (which is a big deal for me becuase I am a night time grazer), and my acid reflux has calmed way way down. Whether or not the ketones have anything to do with the acid reflux improving I do not know, but this has been my experience. For anyone with serious doubts about how effective these actually are I say give them a try. I've read that everyone will react differently and will have varying results but it never hurts to give something a try. I am certainly glad that I did. I haven't felt this good in months.
