Do Your Homework

I had heard about Glucomannan from the Dr. Oz show and I wanted to use it for the purpose of helping me lose weight along with the diet adjustments and exercise I have been doing. I am 5ft 5in 140lbs so I don't have an unrealistic amount of weight to lose so I thought I'd add a natural fiber source into the mix. I do feel that this formula is effective; however, the label is vague about the recommended dosage. I ordered 30 capsules at 500mg and took them once or twice a day with a full glass of water as directed. I did not once feel full but I do feel it did help in aiding digestion. I could see how possibly this product would have worked better if I had taken 2-4 capsules a day or maybe ordered it in higher milligrams. By the time I realized the appropriate dosage for myself the bottle was 10 pills away from being empty. The product arrived within the estimated shipping date and the price is fair. It would be helpful to consumers if the product label was more detailed or if the product included a recommendation pamphlet. I would recommend this formula but, do some research take a chance purchasing a higher milligram dosage so that you can monitor it's effects for your needs.
