I'm loving Pure Green Coffee

I have been using this for about 1.5 months now and I am seeing results. I started losing weight about 3 weeks after I started the product and have also noticed an increase in energy which is an added benefit. I am going to start exercising more and I expect the weight to really fly off then :)

OK--I just started taking this 4days ago.Pros--Yes it does give me a little boost of energy right after I take it.--Yes it does curb my apetite. I have barely been eating dinner, I mean I just ate corn for dinner today. The rest of the day I am still eating normal-to a little less.It seems to make me poop alot..not like diarrhea or anything--just more than normal(2x a day) which could be pro or con depending on your needs.CONS--After about 1.5- 2 hours of energy--suddenly a rather large dip of energy comes. It was so bad yesterday, I went and took a nap at my job. Good thing it was slow! I had this same problem when I tried Cayenne pepper for wt loss. It could just be me...Anyway I am still taking it 2x on my days off. But may only have to take once at night on my work days. Big question is does it actually make me lose weight? Probably, since I am definitely eating less but I only have 15lbs to lose and I am already very active. I only have 30 day supply so I don't know if I will buy again...If I see any loss I will definitely update.UPDATE---I took this for about a month. I gave a way the last few days, it didn't seem to work Plus the dip in energy is annoying. You have to time the pill just right. Not worth it. So I will say that for me, 2 stars at the most, just for the energy effect.
