I got these from Walmart last week while I await the type that I ordered online. Since the effective dose is 3.2g I decided to take 4 pills of a day..meaning 2 with breakfast and another 2 with lunch. Since CLA is also known to help with energy(its a source of omega 6 which you can get from grassfed animals which sadly most people dont have access to), I try not to take it in the evening so it wont disrupt my sleep. I exercise at least 3-4 times in a week. Cardio (treadmill or elliptical) for an hr then free weights training(5-10lb) for 30-45mins. The first day I got them was in the afternoon and so I only took 2 pills, I noticed a slight change in energy which was good as I was going the gym right after. The next day I took 2 with breakfast then lunch and felt the energy "surge" plus my stomach wasnt all bloated as it tends to be especially when I eat salads. I repeated the same the next day and noticed that my stomach seemed flatter. It was weird because I know many say it helps with belly fat/bloatedness but that's usually after 2-3 weeks. This just seemed very soon. I misplaced them for a while and I sincerely could tell the difference. Despite the fact that I take enzymes my tummy never felt as flat as it did the few times I used these pillsThankfully I found them again and will go back to using them. I intend to come back here and give an update after a month of use. Those who are interested in CLA should try these since you can get them in an actual store and they were processed under Tonalin which is the best way to get quality CLA. So far I give them 4 starsIf you try them please leave a review as well. :)Update: These are still good but I take a bout 4 a day so I was buying a new supply like almost every 16 days Im currently taking MRM CLA 1250(high potency) and it's been amazing for me. 180 softgels too :) I definitely suggest Spring Valey for those starting out..it's just 50 softgels so if it doesnt work for you, it wont seem as bad. I just bought these vitamins from Walmart about a week ago. I already have seen results!! I was taking two a day, but now i'm taking four a day. The bottle that i have is 1000 mg. I have lost about 3 lbs. I do at least one hour of cardio, every day and i do weight training. It makes me feel better! My stomach looks smaller and more defined. I'm already in shape, but i still had some thickness along with my muscle, this is a real help! I will be buying again! In a month or two, i will update on the results, and unlike everyone who says they will update, and never do..i actually will! I hope this review was helpful!!

A little unsatisfied.

I was a little unsatisfied when i received the item. On the item it says that there would be 2000mg per capsule but when I opened the box and looked at it, it was only 1000mg. I feel like I was cheated out of 50g of CLA.
