It works! No jitters!

I purchased this product along with Liporidex PLUS (it has vitamin D and Calcium). I am so glad I did. I use the nighttime formula after dinner and it has no jitters at all. The Liporidex PLUS is great during the day-it gives me a great energy to get thru the day in the office and actually helps me get to the gym after working all day. I purchased these because they have a CLA. CLA is great if you want to increase your muscle tone-lean out. I also love that I don't have to take another multivitamin-this has everything I need. I started to see some results in about two weeks. I work out normally but I can definitely see my work paying off much more. My tummy fat is smaller and I look firmer all over! I really like these supplements, will be getting more and would definitely recommend to my friends-well, I already did.

This is OK, but not sure if it is working or not. It does seem to help some with appetite, but certainly not a miracle. I do find that I don't have trouble sleeping, which is a plus. The daytime formulation is better, as I can definitely tell a decrease in appetite, but it contains caffeine, so that might be what is helping.Overall, this is OK but I don't think I will buy again.

In trying to keep a lid on the appetite I was looking for something that would not make jittery or make it hard to sleep after taking. The Liporidex PM controlled wanting to eat after dinner. Along with exercise I found this product helpful.
