BEST SHAKE! NO AFTERTASTE--YUMMY! AND WORKS!!!

I have tried many shakes and this one by far has worked for me. Immediately after drinking the half portion they tell you to start out with I had absolutely no sugar/carb craving until later in the day. So I am going to start a shake in the morning and after drinking it make another one and refrigerate it. After you refrigerate a shake after you make it it will turn to pudding so I am going to eat that for my afternoon snack about 2:30 to help my craving for the rest of the day. Your insulin is always higher when you first wake up in the morning so the shake in the morning with say a small portioned breakfast for satisfaction will start your day off right. If you wait you insulin will be high and you will eat poorly and then it will spiral into a day of poor eating habits. I have been doing this over and over and finally this shake not only works but it is really really good. I have tried the french vanilla and is good but this double chocolate is like a dessert in itself and it helps me not to overeat like I always do. For the first time, I just couldn't control my cravings for sugar and carbs or just plain overeating. I turned 40 and my body went haywire. I am doing progesterone cream as well but that wasn't helping my cravings. I did try the low carb thing and I get bitchy you know how that dieting is. This shake allows me to eat what I want but guess what I just eat healthy because I don't crave as much bad stuff. Really weird how this can help me not choose sugar and carb stuff but I just eat better. You have to try this because I have been desperate for help yo- yoing on diets for so long after not losing baby weight and that was like 2 years ago ...hello time to lose those pounds no excuses and this shake I don't have to try so hard. I am so happy it makes me want to take a few walks around the neighborhood for some good old sunshine. I am just doing 30 minutes in the morning and in the evening just slow walks but I am feeling so much better. Please give it a try!

Let me start off by saying this stuff is D E L I C I O U S!! It tastes like a full on chocolate shake, I loved it and looked forward to drinking it each meal. I used ice and water to make it more like a milk shake and it was perfect - I don't think it needed milk at all. The shake definitely filled me up and I didn't crave food at all. The only time that I was hungry and struggled to not eat more than the shake was when I waited too long in between shakes ( every 4 hours was the perfect timing for me)....and once when I exercised hard and was just starving even after the shake. I did not experience any stomach or indigestion upset from the PGX fiber whatsoever....however, I eat a high fiber vegetarian diet so my body might just be just to high fiber. Surprisingly, after following the exact diet on the pamphlet provided with this shake, I only lost 1 pound in two weeks. For the cost, I decided not to continue it....but it really is a delicious easy meal replacement.

Unlike the previous reviewer i found this to be very chocolaty. I use it in the morning when i don't have time for breakfast and it controls my appetite until i can have fruit at my desk at work. Also, i have started using it half-strength at night. It keeps me from foraging for food after hours. It has lots of fiber so you don't want to let it sit and you do want to drink at least 1 glass of water afterwards. I think it is useful to keep your eating and your bathroom habits on a regular schedule. I thought the vanilla did not taste like vanilla; bland. Am re-ordering 2 of the double chocolate today.
