Does what it is suppose to

I bought this from Target and it definitely makes u sweat in the area that you wear it which is suppose to be worn around your tummy when you work out and the velcro does not come undone its pretty sturdy never had a problem with it, and when I say sweat I mean it gets soaked! basically it does exactly what it is suppose to. I even wear this to bed sometimes to help shape and sweat a little when I sleep and helps to smooth my tummy.

HERE'S THE SKINNY ON THE THING THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOU SKINNY

I bought one of these things so long ago I can't remember when I got it, but when I did get it I had a 38" plus waistline and I weighed about 254 lbs., with a belly that made me look 6 months pregnant. And at 5'11" that aint too pretty. No this is not going to be a miracle story of how the Belly Burner turned me into an Atlas, or Adonis, or Mr Physique in just a few short weeks or even months. But here's the truth and nothing but the truth. When I got this thing It barely fit around my waist. That in itself was very depressing. So I started doing some jumping jacks, running in place, dumbbell weightlifting, push ups and things like that, but still no change. No this is still not going to be a "Then I started wearing my Belly Burner and the pounds just melted off" story. Here's what I did. I got me a dry erase board, wrote out an entire workout schedule of all the exercises I do, which include a lever weight bench, Bodylastics, Tower 200, The Bullworker, a fold away exercise bike (that stays unfolded and used everday), a power twister bar, squeeze hand grips, and a whole lot of determination. Plus I drink a lot of zero carb Isopure protein. So where does the Belly Burner come into all this? You may be asking. Well I wear my belly burner anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes before a workout, during my entire workout, and for 15 to 30 minutes after a workout. And considering my workouts themselves are 45 mins to an hour, I just wanna tear that thing off right away. But I keep it on until my time is up. So who ever is reading this must be thinking with all that stuff you do you don't need this burner. Yes I do. I wear it for several reasons. One, for the excess sweat it causes, two, it keeps my belly in for good posture and three, I use it for back support while exercising. I'm almost 51 years old. My waistline is now just below 36", my belly is now reduced to looking like I'm 2 months pregnant, and my weight is 235 lbs. AND I'm STILL NOT DONE! I'm on my second Belly Burner now, because I had stretched the first one so much just to reach around me that it did tear a little. You can wear it directly on your skin. The insert info says you can. Or over light clothing. I wear mine everyday over MY PLAIN WHITE T SHIRT, and it doesn't stain it at all. There's no black or blue or purple dye that gets on my shirt, just hard earned sweat. And lots of it. Use the Belly Burner with a good hard effort and it will pay off.

the strap is great but it rips at the velcro seem in no time at all, didnt last 3 months using it only 3 times per week, very disapointed in the quality of this product...........
