NOT the RICE formula

Despite what the description says for this item, this is the SOY UltraMeal, not the rice one as the description indicates. This is a real problem, because I was planning to use this for a camping trip tomorrow, and I am allergic to soy. Since I do nto have time to exchange/return it, I need to decide if I am going to find another way to help bring enough food, or if I am going to endure the symptoms of the allergy.If you can have soy, I'm sorry, but I can't tell you about the quality or taste of this product, because I can't try it. :/Though, I have always know Metagenics products to be excellent quality.Very, VERY frustrating.

Product was exactly what I wanted

I have gotten this product from a weightless doctor before and found it to be 100%effective if eaten with a low glycemic diet as recommended. I love this stuff!

This was recommended to me by a nutritionist. I have one first thing in the morning and then again late afternoon. I was having trouble managing my meals. I was always skipping breakfast and eating bad snacks in the afternoon. Now, having a shake in the morning really helps me get going and then I eat a healthy breakfast. Then in the afternoon it is the perfect time to help out with my hunger pangs and low blood sugar. It is a little expensive... but I think it is worth it.
