Have been taking Green Coffee, 800 mg. Down a pound some days, up a pound some days. No great weight loss yet. Am going to try Green Coffee with Svetol to see if there is a difference in weight loss.

worst product ever-DON'T BUY!!

This was the worst product I ever had the misfortune of ingesting. I cannot believe Amazon allows this disgrace on its sight. I gained about 4 pounds after using it and my appetite has increased drastically. Please read the "Amazon verified purchases" to realize that all the great reviews are totally bogus. Don't make the same mistake I did!

My wife bought this for me. I've only been using Green Coffee Extract about 2 weeks . I have only lost about 2 pounds so far but my wife did tell me a couple of daysago that I looked slimmer, so maybe it is taking a little off the waistline . I intend to use it for another 3 or 4 weeks to give it a good test .
