Really works

CLA has helped me target stubborn fat on my body. I've never been significantly overweight, but I've had areas that just wouldn't tone up. Complimented with diet and exercise, the supplement has helped clear up some of those areas around my mid section. It really does help tone but like the other reviews state, it's fat loss- not weight loss overall. I've taken to following the suggested dosage and I burn through the whole bottle in a month.Since I special order the product I like to have a bigger supply on hand and a bigger dosage per capsule. 1000mg twice daily is what I do now: Primaforce Max CLA 180 Softgels + Free 25 Grams Raspberry Ketones Powder. Upping the dosage allows me to cut my supplement intake from 3 to 2 times a day, which is helpful and more cost effective. I'm also noticing a little boost in my results when using raspberry ketone powder once a day as well. The powder seems to enhance the fat loss just enough to burn that extra pound or two. I'm paying a little more up front but it lasts a lot longer and the combo of the CLA and ketone powder works more effectively.

The pills are huge and gross, but they curved my appetite. Probably cause they were so nasty that I didn't want to eat afterwards! But they do the trick if taken right. However I found myself going to the toilet a lot more than usual, but I would buy this product again.

Hard to swallow

The product itself is nice, but the softgels are really big and hard to swallow. A pain to take 6 per day.
