It's the real deal

I'm a 57 year old male, 5'8", who, over the past 30 years or so has reached -- and lost -- my target weight of around 150 pounds several times. During that time span I've used moderate exercise in conjunction with the Rotation Diet (or some variation of that diet) and no diet pills; moderate exercise in conjunction with the "Rotation Diet" and Adderall; and moderate exercise in conjunction with the "Rotation Diet" and Phentermine. (NOTE: My main form of exercise is walking.)Around 3 months ago, after having gained too much weight -- again -- I discovered MetRx Colossal meal replacement bars at BJs. I found that they helped cut down my hunger and my daily caloric intake and I began to notice some much needed weight loss. That led me to Labrada high protein meal replacement shakes, which furthered my weight loss success. (Labrada Nutrition Lean Body Hi-Protein Meal Replacement Shake, Vanilla Ice Cream, 2.47-Pound Tub) Finally, I tried Labrada's Lean Body Fat Burner capsules.Having used both Adderall and Phenermine in the past, I can state with absolute certainty that, for me, Lean Body Fat Burner capsules act in an almost identical manner to those two products. It knocks out hunger pangs, tangibly boosts overall energy, and increases mood as well. It's definitely the real deal as far as non-prescription OTC products go. And for the price of around $27 for 60 capsules, it's also the most cost-effective option currently available.A few points of interest:1. I found that rather than taking 2 capsules in the a.m., I get more bang for the buck by taking 1 capsule in the a.m., and 1 capsule around 1 p.m. It stretches out the benefits over the course of the entire day/night, without losing any effectiveness or keeping me up/preventing me from being able to sleep.2. Taking the Labrada Fat Burner capsules in conjunction with the Labrada meal replacement shakes and the MetRx bars works very well for me to lower my caloric intake while still taking in protein and other much needed nutrients.3. I am in NO WAY associated with Labrada or MetRx.4. I found that taking the Fat Burner capsules every OTHER day, rather than every day, does work, even though my energy level and suppressed appetite are definitely lower on the off days. However, having in the past taken Adderall and Phentermine over a period of years, and having seen a dependency issue develop, I'm committed to taking these fat burner capsules every other day in order to scale back the inherent tendency to become over-dependent on the pills and force myself to generate my own energy and "good mood" on the off days. Obviously, that's my own personal preference and your mileage may vary.5. The energy boost may or may not be perceived as causing a jittery feeling by some people. Having taking Adderall and Phentermine, I'm "used to" that feeling, and don't mind it. In fact, it's actually quite nice. But other people may find the boost to be a bit too forceful. Again, each person's mileage can and will vary.6. Because of the fact that my body reacts to these fat burner capsules the same way it did to Adderall and Phentermine, I would think that the same precautions would need to be exercised when taking this product. (i.e. if you have unchecked high blood pressure, you might want to consult a doctor even though this is an OTC product, etc.)7. It appears as if the most cost effective vendor of this product is: "The Natural Health Shoppe". (Around $26 and change with shipping included). Please be advised that this is one of the SLOWEST VENDORS I've ever encountered on Amazon. And if you read the ratings you'll see a LOT of other Amazon shoppers feel the same way. By the same token, the items DO EVENTUALLY arrive, so the vendor isn't ripping anyone off that way. It's just that you have to prepare to wait an extra 2-3 weeks or so, in many cases, to actually get the product.8. This product does contain DMAA, so if that's an issue for you, beware.9. I find that the Labrada meal replacement shakes provide their own "boost", just not as much as the Fat Burner capsules. So if you plan on taking both together, be advised that the energy boost will be more than taking each one by itself.

I've tried many fat burners and tend to use those with appetite suppressant, fat burner and energy acceleration. Lean Body works, and I have lost weight and have a more lean defined body shape.I work out every day using elliptical machine, arm pulls, hamstring pulls, etc., using a bench with pull cords, and have tried the top brand names and a lot didn't work for me. The one thing that did work way back in 2003 before it was banned was epinephrine, which I too started having complications; eyes starting hurting. Even though it worked wonders, I'll never use it again.You're appetite really gets suppressed, especially if you eat a little something and wait a little while. You're really not that hungry anymore. Also, you heat up inside, may sweat a little which is good for when you work out.

This is, by far, the best "fat-burner" on the market! I started taking this a month ago and I really like the effects it is having. Yes, you should not rely on this and not workout and eat better, but it will help you curb those appetites and give you the boost you need throughout the day and for your workouts! The best thing about this product is the lack of feeling "jittery" all the time plus other unwanted side-effects. All other products I have taken have extreme amounts of caffeine and other additives that enhance the caffeine effect but this one gives you just enough energy without draining you the rest of the day. Lee Labrada, and the product line he promotes, make some of the best quality stuff on the market and this one is another of his greatest products! This is a supplement so you should use this and exercise (even walking helps big time!) and watch how much you eat. I also recommend drinking plenty of water when using this because it will dehydrate you if you don't. It may not work for everybody but it does for me! By the way, my wife wanted to try it so she took some of my pills and now she is hooked! I actually got her the "For Her" bottle by Labrada so she wouldn't steal mine! :)
