You have great products and at great prices. No argument there. But I am still a little upset over an order that went missing not long ago. Tracking said it was delivered. I never got it. Normally I order a decent amount to help cover shipping, But now I am hesitant to order too much at one time. I find that I have been using alternative companies for some of my purchases. Some items, like the phosphatydal choline can't be beat with your company. Someone from your company contacted me regarding the lost order and offered me a $20 gift certificate. Good idea but I never got it. Will see how my next few orders go with you. If this happens again I will be gone, no doubt. Besides that I am very pleased with your products. Thanx Douglas Shinn
