This is not a miracle pill!

I have to say I had my doubts about this product because I know for a fact that Jillian Michaels is not a promoter of this product, but mainly due to some of the bad reviews. For 16.99 you can't go wrong, so I gave it a try and I'm happy I did. First off, if all you are going to do is take the pill and sit on your FAT butt then this is not for you. The reason why most people felt sick after taking this is because you did no physical activity, and therefore the energy generated by the ingredients in the pill had a reverse effect, and made you sick. I started this off at 313lbs with the distinct goal of losing weight and doing something other than what I had done to GAIN it in the first place. I needed a boost of energy and some help with appetite control. This was a big help and I do recommend it to others in the same situation.

I enjoy this product because it doesn't make me jittery or emotional like some other diet aids can. If I miss a dose, it doesn't affect me. The only down side in my opinion is that I have to take 2 pills every time for each kind - twice a day that means I am taking 4 pills at a time. That idea doesn't really sit well with me. I wonder if they could just make it more concentrated so we don't have to take so many pills.
