African Mango (Irvingia Gabonensis) is West African Melon used as a food source in Nigeria and Cameroon. African Mango seed extract has been shown to inhibit the development of new fat cells in laboratory research. Does decrease appetite, but it requires will power to lose weight

I give this 3 stars because it does decrease your appetite. However, if you have weak will power, you can still go with your taste buds and eat whether you are really hungry or not. I've used this through the holidays. I felt less hungry, but was still tempted by all the good food, and therefore I have not lost any weight, actually gained a few pounds. So don't expect this to be a miracle fix-all. Apparently, there is no substitute for will power and exercise when it comes to losing weight.
