Works Fast

I've been really impressed with the quality of these drops. They took a little getting used to at first because I was having a challenge holding them under my tongue. Probably my fault because they kept spilling out the side of my mouth. When I take them as directed and hold them under my tongue for 2 minutes, I can definitely tell the effect they have decreasing my appetite. I've also now started walking around my neighbor because I feel more energetic. It's great how I feel after losing some unwanted pounds.

I lost 8lbs in 2-weeks using these drops and "somewhat" following the meal plan. It surpressed my appetite without the horrible "super hungry" after effect. I did moderately workout 3-days a week while doing this. Great results for the time frame that I needed and I will surely use again. I also used with b-12 drops.Updated Dec. 20, 2012 - I just start back on these drops before the holiday and it has helped me eat sensible for Thxgiving. Planning to use over the Christmas holiday also. Still the best drops with little to no side effects that I have found for me. I'm still working out 3days a wk min.

I've taken the capsule form of the African Mango for over a year, and I must say that I prefer the drops over the capsules. The drops have been more effective for me and they have suppressed my appetite better. I have been taking the suggested dosage for the past month and I have seen great results in my energy level, which has resulted in longer and more productive workouts for me. I will most definitely use the drops from now on, and this will be the one diet supplement that I make sure I don't run out of.I have recommended these drops to many family members and friends and they love the results they've seen too! Finally a diet supplement that I can actually see results with!
