Works for me so far

I started taking these on 3 January 2013; 2 prior, to each meal as it says on the label. I used a calorie calculator I found on the web, to determine how many calories I needed per day to lose, 2 pounds a week. The first week I lost 7 pounds. It's been 5 weeks now and I have lost a total of 15 pounds, and a notch on my belt. Works for me, and no side effects, and I actually look forward to chewing them since the flavor is good. No side effects that I notice. I'm on my second bottle, and plan to continue using them to hopefully reach my goal.

I received this package yesterday and I took two just as directed and it works. I don't have any real desire to eat. I had a little drink of water because it was in front of me. Anyway, I would suggest this product for everyone who really wants to lose some or a lot of weight.

These are not gummies. When I received them they were more like mushy blobs that have been sitting in the sun. They also taste absolutely disgusting!I'm pretty disappointed. These were a huge waste of my money.
