Better and Safer than a Laxative

This fourteen day detox program does work. It will definitely clean everything out of your system. While some stomach discomfort can be expected, I've been through far worse with colonoscopy preps and my own general bowel issues. Anytime you increase the fiber in your system by a significant amount you will get gas and have bowel movements, that's how your body works. So if you're looking for a miracle, you're not going to find it here. However, if you need something to clean out your system that doesn't taste so bad (looks like pond scum when you mix it with orange juice but doesn't taste nearly so bad as it looks). I react poorly to things like Miralax which results in vomiting, unexpected bowel movements or a lack of them virtually entirely and dehydration I didn't have any problems with this. My skin looks clearer, I feel better and it relieved some painful constipation issues I was having. I'm down to two days left on the treatment, so I may alter my review pending on how long the treatment maintains regular bowel movements.It does however have a couple of drawbacks for me.#1- It's time consuming. You have to do it twice a day for two weeks once before breakfast and once before dinner. Since I work an irregular schedule this is difficult.#2- It doesn't produce consistent movements within my system and when things start to move... they move. This can be extraordinarily inconvenient at times as you don't necessarily know when it's coming.So why am I giving it four stars? Because I have severe hypothyroidism, I'm on a pile of medication that make my digestive system is always dysfunctional. Clean Start did what it was expected to do, went down smoothly without making me feel nauseous, the cramping and was not nearly as severe as laxatives, and I feel better. It also brings me piece of mind taking something natural versus a chemical laxative. I am curious to find out how long the effects last and will try to remember to come back and post if the results are favorable or if my bowels seize up again as soon as I stop taking it. So, if you are like me and are tired of bodily issues, give it a try, drink lots of water and stay near a toilet.Keep in mind that my case is extreme as I have issues created by a medical condition and the prescription drugs to treat that condition. I maintain a high-fiber diet of 28g of fiber a day on average and drink a god 90-100 oz of water daily to start. The results could be completely different for someone lacking my health issues or for those who are not eating a proper diet to promote digestive health to start with.

Great Health Product!

Purchased this for my wife to help with her digestive track and she fell in love with it. It cleans as advertised where others have failed her. I Highly recommend this product to help in keeping the digestion process normal.

Love this cleanse.. it will definately clean out your system. If you eat healthy it will not work but I feel lighter and leaner after taking this product. You need to follow the directions exactly and not skip on days or it will not work. :) Best cleanse ever! Worth every penny. :)
