So far so good

While it's too soon for me to judge whether this product facilitates weight loss, I've taken it long enough to report that the side effects are tolerable. It does cause me to burp (raspberry redux!) for a short period after swallowing a capsule. I've been having night sweats as well, on two capsules a day, so I am going to try going back to one for a bit. But I've experienced no fatigue, rash or any of the other RK-related issues I've seen reported online. I will update on weight effects later. It may be from the sweating, but I feel less puffy around the middle already. (FYI, I am a within the heathy weight and fat-percentage range for my age, but could stand to lose 10-15 pounds. I am fit, have a healthy diet and I exercise.)Update: I've been taking this almost two months now, and have lost a good deal of belly fat. In weight the loss is just two or three pounds, but I have not changed my eating habits.

I have been taking the Gold Key Green Coffee Bean Extract capsules, in addition to taking the Raspberry Ketone capsules and the African Mango capsules. I take the combination of all three pills religiously. I think all three products have simultaneously, overall working together to produce more effects, helped me suppress my appetite and hence lose weight, lose body fat (big plus), and gain energy. I have noticed significant changes by the second month.I plan to continue taking these supplements to continue to feel better, have more energy, continue to help reduce my fat, and then continue to keep burning fat so I don't have to work so hard in the future in my fat reduction. I hope once I reach my goal weight that I will use these as health/weight management lifetime maintenance supplements.I am a person who has had trouble staying on a schedule and taking supplements. All these supplements are easy to swallow. They go down very easy, not like some of the non-capsule supplements. I have also had a hard time losing weight over the years. I am hopeful by continuing to use these supplements,along with watching what I eat and exercise, that I can maintain a healthy lifestyle, look good and feel great. I am 51 years old and I feel better than I have in a long time. Thank you Gold Key!
