The best!

I am 38, female, 150lbs, about 21% BF. I've been lifting (powerlifting/plyos/conventional bodybuilding and some crossfit), teaching, taking fitness classes since I was 23. I have been taking this product for YEARS! I have also tried their Redline liquid thermogenic and like that too. I prefer the Clenbutrx. Yes it tastes disgusting but chase with water and you'll be fine. I remain sensitive to it and only cycle off now and again for two weeks max. The dose for me is 3 mils but I rarely use more than 3 at a time. Often times even just 1 mil does the trick. I use it pre-cardio, pre-Zumba, and pre lifting. I only need to take it 10 minutes prior but depending on what I'm doing sometimes I like to layer it in taking one mil 30 mins prior and the second 15 minutes prior. I am a huge fan because I don't get a massive crash after and taking it clears my mind, increases my focus, endurance, and intensity minus the jitters. I can take it on an empty stomach with no problems.

Works Great, Taste bad...

I got some of this from a gym member. It tasted horrible but gave me crazy energy. I took some to work and everyone loved it, except for the taste. Some people even had problems falling asleep at night when they took it in the morning. I gave some to the secretary at work and she wouldn't shut up. the project manager told me not to give her any more.Okay, it taste really bad. If you are not tough enough to handle the taste don't buy it (I think it tastes better than rum). If you can rough the taste out, it will help you get some massive pumps at the gym. I like to take it just before a work out or any vigorous activity.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the taste.

This is the most foul tasting thing ever. Felt no results in the first couple days, zero energy boost. Not worth suffering threw tasting it.
