People who haven't used it shouldn't review it

I bought an OL kit from a brick and mortar nutrition store about a year ago. I was skeptical of the recommendation by the sales clerk, initially, because the kit was so costly. I think that all of the products in the kit were ok - I thought they worked as well as any other supplement of their kind.Rescue Me, however, was awesome. I would fill my bottle with the recommended dosage and water, and take it out with me to school or work. It tastes good, which helped me keep drinking it. It took a few days for my body to adjust to accepting the Rescue Me instead of craving extra snacks. However, after I got into the routine of drinking a swig of the stuff every so often, and especially if I craved something bad, it started to ward off the urge to eat junk. Also, the herbal products in it were reviewed by my naturopath, who said that it is a good combination to increase satiety, boost mood and energy, and promote healthy digestion. If I had purchased supplements for each of those alone, it would have been the same or a higher cost, and not been nearly as great-tasting or convenient (who wants to walk around taking pills all day?).In 2 weeks, using the Rescue Me (without the diet plan), I lost 5 lbs. With continued use, over the course of 3 more months, I lose an additional 20. No diet, no more exercise than I was doing before Rescue Me (I run 5k 3x weekly), and no side effects.Personally, I loved this stuff. I don't take it currently because I haven't been able to get it where I am - when I return to the States, I would take this again in a heartbeat. I would not recommend the kit to anyone - but I definitely recommend Rescue Me.

**WARNING** FAKE REVIEWERS!!! ****MUST READ THIS!***

Don't be fooled by the marketers of this product, look at all of the positive reviews, NONE of them have the verified buyer badge next to their name and most of them magically review another product sold by this seller. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, this is a FIBER supplement, you can not lose weight by drinking a cap full of fiber and if you believe you can, then you deserve this product, buy it at any cost.

I was really looking forward to trying this product. The product does not have a bad taste like some do. I does not however live up to the hype. I like that it is at least 55% organic. It left me with a headache, I kept using it thinking my body would adjust, but the headache just got worse. I followed the directions by mixing it in 25 oz of water and i drank it throughout the day along w/ my regular water (I kept it in the fridge and just kept drinking from it). After I stopped my headache went away, so I have to contribute it to the product. I probably did not use it long enough to see any other effect(I used it for 5 days)that this product claims like reduce cravings, increased energy.
