Relora is a patent-pending plant extract of Phellodendron amurense and Magnolia officinalis that may help to relieve stress and minimize stress-induced eating. Certainly does calm you down

I work a pretty stressful job and do fine with the stress but worry about the belly affect. I can honestly say that taking relora does make me feel less tense while at work and, I take it at night to help wind down and get to sleep. It's no ambien for sure but it helps. I take only 2 per day, early afternoon and night. I found taking one in the morning was too relaxing and made me drowsy.

I saw the RELORA on Dr. Oz show. In just few days, I lost the urge to eat, and I feel calm. This is not a weigh loss supplement, it's for "stress eaters", thus addresses stress and that is why I picked it. I found my motivation to exercise again after relapsing due to the fact that I lost a lot of weigh before and my beautiful curves dissapeared with it, the tress of seeing a smaller"me" drove me back to eating. Now, I find in RELORA a new tool to help me reach my final goal, still about 30 pounds away.

Relora was recommended by my daughter. Two tablets in the morning - gives just enough 'calming' effect (seratonin) to allow one to handle stressful situations with more ease and grace. An additional tab in the evening allows one to relax before heading off for a good night sleep (melatonin). As I understand it - if you want less 'calming' during the day, but need more assistance sleeping - take 1 in the morning and 2 in the evening....definitely can feel the difference in my body/reaction to stress.
