Finally Losing Weight!!!

I originally heard about these Raspberry Ketones from a friend. After hearing the recommendation I decided to give it a try. For the past couple years I have been eating right and exercising 1-2 times per week and have been slowly been losing weight (4 lbs / month average). My goal has been to get to 150 lbs for awhile now. With this supplement I hope to get there.Between work, the kids and everything else I don’t have a ton of time for exercise so I really wanted to try these raspberry ketones to give me that extra boost to hopefully get me to higher losses per month. The first month I lost 5 pounds and the second month I lost 9 pounds. I am very happy with the progress so far, after the first month I wasn’t sure it would work because 5 pounds in a month wasn’t completely uncommon for me but I was urged to continue. I am glad I did because in month two I lost 9 pounds.This month I have started to weigh myself more it’s been about 2 weeks and so far I am down 4 pounds.I would recommend these to anyone who wants to boost their weight loss. I have heard they work better if you eat healthy and exercise at least some. I know I have recommended them to friends and most have been successful in losing weight similar to me. Two of my friends had no success losing weight, I don’t know how religiously they took the pills or what their workout/eating habits are. But these probably just don’t work for everybody.. The same way not everyone is going to lose weight doing the same workout routines, there is probably a human part that makes them ineffective for some.. Not sure, but glad they work for me and the 10 or so others I know that take them.Good Luck, I hope this review was helpful. I will try to update it at the end of this month.

This product has worked for me and I am so glad I found it. I originally heard about this on the Dr. Oz show, having wanted to lose weight for years I always found it tough to find time to consistently go to the gym. I wanted to try this supplement to help me lose weight more consistently even if I didn’t make it to the gym for a week. I am about 3 months into this and have lost 19 pounds. I am extremely happy but want to continue and lose more weight to get to my end goal.The GoodThey work, I am very happy with the results.The dosage is good, on the Dr Oz show I think it mentioned 200mg per day. In my research I found some Drs that suggested 500mg and up mentioning that 400mg + seems to produce the best results.. I haven’t personally tested more or less than the dosage recommended (500 mg)The BadThe pills are somewhat large. I don’t particularly have a problem with this but my husband has seen them and I know he couldn’t swallow them.Sometimes its hard to remember to bring the pills to work, I try and take 1 before lunch and dinner but sometimes I forget, taking them twice a day sometimes isn’t possible for me.They have a weird smell, not great with smells so not sure what it is.Overall I am happy with this, I hope to find more weight loss in the future and reach my goal!!

I talked to my doctor prior to starting these because I wanted to be safe they wouldn’t cause me problems because of some of the medicines I am on. He cleared me and said there are some medications that could have some risks but that since they are natural ingredients for the most part they are 100% fine.They have worked for me, I’ve lost 25 pounds since using this supplement (6 months about) the prior 4 months I probably gained a couple pounds so while this may not be a lot for some people I am very happy with it.I do do some exercise. I normally walk for about 30 minutes 2-3 times per week. I don’t go to the gym but I know people who do and use raspberry ketones and they lose a good amount of weight I just don’t have a ton of time so I try and keep exercise to a minimum.For these you take two pills per day before meals, it doesn’t really matter what you eat for these “meals” as long as it’s a decent size.
