Pleasantly surprised!

This product has worked very well for me. It curbs the appitite but as well I lost weight all over my body, not just in the face, etc.I find if I am careful what I eat I don;t have to starve myself to be successful. I have lost between 10 - 15 lbs by using thisproduct in a little over a month. I give it a high rating for overall success. Even after I reach my goal weight, I will continue touse this product to help maintain the weight loss.

lower priced than some of the expensive diet aids

Such a low price for a good product works just a good as the higher priced weight loss supplements. I have used this for over 5 months and loss 20 lbs

Well, I think it's working !

I started taking this at the same time I was given diuretics (water pills) for fluid retention. I lost about 9 pounds a week later over 2-3 days, which I'm sure was mostly the fluid. Now, I've gotten past that first 'wringing out' and am not dropping the fluid as much, so I can see more of the results of the Raspberry Ketones.First of all (and this bugs me), there are no 'ketones' in raspberries. Ketones are a waste product of starvation and carbohydrate deficiency. Raspberries ARE carbohydrates- they can't be deficient in themselves. It's a marketing thing for the low-carb people... bottom line is they think it will sell more. There- got that off of my chest ! So for diabetics out there, know that these won't be dangerous for you (still talk to your doc). Ketones are potentially fatal for diabetics when in the form of ketoacidosis.Anyway, I have noticed a sort of mildly unpleasant 'bleh' feeling in my gut, and that has led to a reduced appetite, which I'm not complaining about. Otherwise, I haven't noticed any side effects. I take a LOT of medications for a LOT of medical problems, and when I told my physician about these and what was in them, she said go ahead and try them- but I do recommend asking your doc about them for YOU ! The only 'problem' ingredient (for me) is caffeine- but when I called the phone number on the bottle, they told me that there's the same amount as in a 1/2 cup of coffee, so that was fine. The other ingredients are plant/fruit based, and NO ephedra/ma huang.And, when I burp, I taste raspberries !!
