To begin, before receiving my ACE I weighed 235 lbs, I'm 19, and about 5'10". I have infrequent heart palpitations due to my weight that I have prescription medication for. I started my first semester of college this year and I work at a pizza place as a waitress. My diet before ACE was not that great, and I found that I was eating out a lot during the week and since starting my job nearly two years ago, I had gained about 50 pounds. I've been overweight almost my whole life, but recently things have really spiraled out of control. I can hardly recognize my body anymore! I have disgusting stretchmarks that will never truly fade away, and I had lost all pride in my appearance. So when my boyfriend's slightly overweight sister began showing signs of significant weight loss, I was eager to ask her what she was doing. She said she had been taking ACE, and was down 45 lbs. I couldn't believe it. She's a mother of two, and in her early 30's, with little to no time for exercise with her full time job. She said that with ACE she only eats what she needs to and has lots of energy to get through the day. She and I have very different lives, but I knew that I couldn't live like I was for much longer, and though I was skeptical, I ordered ACE as soon as I could. I started taking it the day after it arrived, on October 10th. The first day, despite reading the reviews of taking only one pill a day, I took two, and felt very bizarre the whole day, I was jittery, my heart was racing, and I felt the need to be in constant motion. After reading the label over again, I saw the caffeine content. My heart condition makes me sensitive to higher doses of caffeine, and so I knew that two pills a day was not going to work out for me, the next day I only took one. I was pretty astonished with the result. After eating a normal breakfast, a bowl of cereal, I experienced no further urge to eat the whole day! I was feeling great too! My mood was much better than normal, and I didn't feel tired, not even after a long night at work. I had none of the symptoms of the previous day. But I was still reluctant to let my hopes get too high. Right before ACE, I had started eating a little more consciously, but nothing huge, I still wasn't exercising. After I began taking ACE I initiated a routine of walking briskly for about 30 minutes, and two days after starting, I weighed myself at 214 lbs, and since then, on my 4th day I've lost an additional 3.3 lbs, bringing me to ~210 lbs. I seriously can't believe that this is working! But it all makes sense, ACE keeps me feeling full for nearly the whole day, I only eat when my body tells me I'm hungry, and I only consume things that will actually nourish me (I've increased my intake in vegetables, whole grains, protein, and fruit.), plus ACE has eliminated my over eating already! So, all in all, I have increased my exercise minimally, drastically decreased my calorie intake, and it's all thanks to ACE. I DO NOT think this is a miracle pill, but if you're as serious about losing weight as I am and you're ready to make a COMMITMENT to yourself to be healthier, then I think it's time you gave ACE a try! I'm not benefiting in anyway from giving this review, I just want everyone who's looking for help with their weight loss to know that ACE is here, it's affordable, and IT WORKS!

Pretty good, but...

I get that ACE = Appetite Control & Energy, but I was hoping there'd be some level of fat loss, considering its components coupled with my clean diet and fitness ethic. I haven't seen anywhere near the fat loss I've gotten when cycling other supps, like BELDT: Force Thermogenic (which also gives me way more energy, and costs WAY less). I do weight training and teach Kenpo 5 days a week, and while the appetite suppression and energy of ACE are so-so, it's going to take a bit more to keep coming back. 3 stars for its intended design and speedy delivery, but that's about it.

My husband lost 35 pounds in just 4 months just by taking 1 pill a few days a week. Directions say to take 1-2 a day but just 1 worked for him. Worth every penny!!!
