It works!

I bought this in CVS and have been using it for over a month. Even though I only take one pill a day instead of two as instructed I still noticed that it suppresses my appetite. I have lost about five to pounds which is probably the most I can lose based on my body type. I also started a healthier diet since I've been on this because it makes me doesn't want chips or anything greasy as much.

I don't think you will lose weight taking this alone without diet and exercise, but I can honestly say that it dose suppress the appetite pretty well. I also notice that my craving for sweets and carbs (which is my main problem) is diminished when I take a Mango Thin pill. I've been taking 2 pills per day for about a week, and so far I haven't had any negative side effects like jitters or anything. I haven't lost any weight because I'm still eating too much food and not exercising - however, I haven't gained weight or binged out on sweets since I've been taking this, which is a victory for me. This product won't do the work for you, but if you are looking for some help to overcome cravings, surprisingly Mango Thin has been doing the trick for me.

Lost 10 pounds and didn't even know it. Not sure if this was the reason, but I know I ate less. Not on purpose, just didn't feel the normal hunger, but I have also been taking a supplement called Spark. That has aminos and vitamins in it. Sooooo, the combo of the two must have helped. I rate this a five. BTW, I'm not that fat. Went from 218 to 208. Decide for yourself, but its worth the try...
