7 Keto helps shed pounds

I am using 7-Keto as part of a weight loss program that includes a low carbohydrate diet and exercise. Before using the product, I saw an average weight loss of a pound a week. With the product, I am averaging two pounds of weight loss each week. I would recommend the product to anyone who wants to try us it as a supplement with a sensible diet and exercise program.

Be Careful

I've heard that any product that increases metabolism will raise your heart rate. I'm 66 and overweight and out of shape and I took 100 mg twice a day at first. After only 3 days I was having heart palpitations. I then quit it and that afternoon almost fainted from low blood pressure. I'm now taking only 50 mg/day and still have a little heart pounding during the night. Will have to wait and see if I lose weight. Just a warning to be careful with this.

7-Keto works wonders

I was skeptical about 7-keto when I first heard about it. I researched it and found good reviews on this particular item so thought I'd try it. I bought it for myself to begin with and took it for several months. I found that my energy level was higher while I was taking these. I ran out and was anxious to order more. While I was out of these and patiently waiting for more I noticed I didn't have near the energy that I was experiencing while taking these. I took these for 3-4 months before mentioning them to my husband. He was also skeptical. He's not a pill-taker. I have to remind him constantly to take his multi-vitamins and saw palmetto. He agreed to try them. He too, noticed the increase in energy which is ultimately increasing his metabolism. We have been much more active since taking these supplements and don't tire as easily. I will most definitely continue to purchase them!
