Bought a six months supply after losing 27 pounds in two months. You just lose your appetite, but it doesn't have any side effects. Of course if you are eating too much because your bored or you are stressed, it won't stop you from eating. It just helps with hunger.

I lost 15 pds in 3 weeks, after having a baby boy it was hard going back to my regular size. There are no side effects, it just decreases your appetite and controls the amount of food you consume. They work perfect!!!! I didn't even exercise just drank alot of water and ate in moderation. I'm pretty sure if I would of exercise I would of lost more weight. I'm ordering my second bottle need to lose 20 more pds to be at my desire weight !

I had porked out after getting some minor surgery done a few months ago and couldnt drop my "vanity" pounds. I usually use gel slim or slim xtreme, but after 2 years or so of using them after christmas to drop 10 or so lbs of glutton christmas cookie weight they were not really working for me anymore. I had *gasp* resorted to running and eating salads and was not having any luck with my spare tire, so I decided to give this a try. It works! I dropped 10 lbs quick. You are not hungry AT ALL. I usually take one after I eat breakfast and it cures me from wanting to eat my feelings or snack the boredom away. I fit back into my judgement jeans and look fantastic in them. I didnt have any insomnia issues, shakes or jitters or nausea. Basically there are no drawbacks. I would recommend taking a multivitamin since your appetite will vanish like a box of little debbies at a weight watcher after party and I was concerned with getting enough of my daily vitamins.
