Great acai berries supplement

This supplement works. It really suppresses your appetite which goes a long way in helping me plan smaller eating portions. And, what's nice is I've actually started wanting to eat healthier, like vegetables, soups and salads over my old favorites like pizza and ice cream. I think it's just a mindset from starting a healthier regimen. I am losing weight almost on a daily basis. Nothing crazy, but a pound every few days. Right now I eat five to six little meals during the day. I've been combining this stuff with a quick 20 minute workout and so far I'm amazed by the results. The most beautiful thing about this is that despite a few slip-ups, I've been continuing to lose weight.

I know that acai berries have been in the news for a while, but most of the products have been so expensive. I was unsure before ordering these, but now I can't believe I didn't make the decision sooner! With absolutely no change in my eating or exercise habits (I've walked twice a week for years), I have lost 19 pounds and am still going strong. No dizziness or hunger pangs. I feel like I finally have a new leash on life, and for once I love what I see in the mirror.

great would order again, i liked the fact that this was genuine and no additives, i also ordered the acai powder from amazon and love it, i use a teaspoon in my yogurt every day
