Excellent product!

Excellent product! Does exactly what it states.. Helps curb nighttime eating.. Helps you sleep, but I never feel groggy in the morning.. Great product that I highly recommend if you are trying to find a solution to night time eating and binging.. I take directly after dinner and it WORKS GREAT! It will make you sleepy which is part of why it works, because you'll want to just go to bed!
